YaTou shared on the program "Fate Is Fun" that her beverage store brand, with over 300 global branches, faced a major issue: trademark protection.

The trademark for "Don't Scream at Me" was hijacked and registered overseas — and it happened just one day after opening a store in Taiwan.

She revealed on the show that it cost 4 million NTD to resolve the trademark hijacking problem.

YaTou emphasized that if you have confidence in your brand when starting a business, you must apply for a trademark as soon as possible.
